The art of production


Our oil is produced within our estate in Massa Martana, among green hills and ancient olive groves that tell stories of generations. The olive trees are cultivated using organic methods, and our oil is the result of an artisanal process, respectful of the environment and local traditions.


The olives are hand-picked to ensure that only the finest fruit is selected. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are taken to the mill and pressed using traditional methods, an essential process to preserve all the organoleptic qualities that distinguish Umbrian Oil. This method allows the precious aromas and health benefits of every single drop to remain intact.

Our extra virgin olive oil is characterised by its elegant and well-balanced flavour.
